Attached you will find the followng documents:
1. Instructions for Completing MSPB Form 185 (Word Doc)

3. Additional Sheet for Section 16 of MSPB Form 185 (Word Doc)
(PLEASE NOTE: Employees who are either a single parent, care for a parent(s) or grandparent(s), have a child(ren) with special needs, or they themselves have special medical requirements, or any other issue that could be considered “significant”, should include that information in their ADDITIONAL SHEET FOR SECTION 16 OF MSPB FORM 185, and explain how the furloughs will cause an undue hardship for you if you are not reimbursed for the furlough days.)
4. Notice of Proposed Furlough (PDF)
Next Tuesday and Wednesday (6/18-6/19), Union representatives will be in room 12C from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. to receive signed hardcopies of your MSPB Form 185 with attachments, and to assist those that still have questions regarding its completion.
As announced at the June 12th Lunch & Learn, as time is of the essence, the June 18, 2013 regularly scheduled monthly meeting will be canceled in order to facilitate the filing of the MSPB Appeals.

As we discussed at yesterday’s meeting, within the next couple of day’s you will be receiving via your personal email, HUD email and posted to our Local’s website at www.afge2032.org instructions for completing your mspb appeal form.
If you have not received a personal email from within the last month, it means I do not have your current personal email address. Please send it to me asap at and not through the HUD email system.
